Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days in the United States and Canada. Occasionally, high demand or carrier delays may extend this to 15 business days.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund your order in full.
